Briarwood Estates Inc. is one of the only Home Dealers in the region with a full time service staff, and we have all the equipment needed to deliver, set and service all our homes. This equipment includes trucks, translift, bobcat, etc.

Having our own equipment means we subcontract less to other companies. Our customers don't have to worry about who is at fault when an issue comes up. They will, however, have these worries with most of our competitors.
