Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 6:00, Friday and Saturday 9:00 to 5:00, and Sunday 12:00 to 5:00.

Our Singlewide home prices include Delivery, Blocking, Leveling, Anchoring, Vinyl skirting installed, Two (2) pressure treated wood steps, Remove hitch and place under home, we DO NOT remove wheels and axles unless a block foundation is used, and POURED concrete footers.

Our Doublewide home prices include Poured concrete footers, Delivery, Blocking, Leveling, Anchoring, Interior and exterior trim work, Carpet professionally seamed, Perimeter concrete block foundation (excluding Birchfield, Regal & Sterling), Vents as required, Crawl space door, Two (2) pre-cast concrete step w/standard rail on each, and Remove hitch and place under home.

Our Modular home prices include Load bearing foundation, Vents as required, Crawl space door, Pressure treated sill plates, Termite shield, Delivery, Place home on foundation (Crane operator and set crew 8 hours), Interior and exterior trim work, Carpet professionally seamed, Tie-in plumbing under floor, Internal wiring, and Two (2) pre-cast concrete steps w/(1) std. rail
